We keep thinking of new things to do in the playroom...can't wait for the winter chill to wear off and spring arrives! Audrey has become more interested in letters and words, so we are starting to work with a little pre-reading/spelling activities. I found these letter tiles from my classroom and she loved sifting through them to find the letters of our names. Then, we used our empty egg tray and put her A-U-D-R-E-Y tiles into them. She shook them up, dumped them out, and then rearranged them to spell her name.
Of course, baby girl got into the action with her!

Audrey has also become a whiz at puzzles. She loves them (a trait she gets from her daddy.) I love that she can break them up, complete them and get them back into the drawer. Independence!!
