Here are a few highlights from Christmas Eve. For the first time, we actually stayed at home for the holidays! Many thanks to Mimi, Pops, Grandmother and Granddaddy for traveling to Atlanta for Christmas.

We made our first attempt at a gingerbread house. I put WAY too much water in the icing, so we had to keep adding cornstarch to thicken it. We basically through a bunch of sprinkles on it to get them to stick. But, still Audrey didn't seem to mind!
A finished product
It was our first time to attend our church's Christmas Eve service. Kathryn was pretty quiet through the whole thing and Audrey really loved the candle lighting at the end - lots of "fire!"
