We had a fun Easter visit from Grandmother and Granddaddy today. Yesterday, Audrey kept talking about them, so we called them. She was so worked up, she started to cry when we were hanging up because she missed them! So, Grandmother and Granddaddy came to the rescue! They drove over this afternoon and brought a wonderful lunch which included an adorable bunny cake. Audrey couldn't wait to break into it and ate all of her lunch to get a bite.

After lunch, we went outside. Audrey insisted on having Grandmother close her eyes while she "hid" the eggs. Audrey would take the eggs out one by one right beside the basket. Then, she would say, "
Ok, Grandmother, look everywhere!!" When Grandmother would pretend to start looking elsewhere, Audrey would say, "No, no Grandmother, come look right here!" and be so proud when Grandmother found them all. It was hilarious to watch.
