We enjoyed a quick trip back to Sparkle City two weekends ago for some family time. It was great to see everyone, Carole made it from VA and Cindy and Gary from TX. Audrey enjoyed her first picnic dinner - she was a big fan of baked beans and mac and cheese. Here are a few shots.

No trip to Sparkle City is complete with a trip to the "world famous" Beacon. J.C. is a fixture there - he yells out your order as you arrive. He's slightly intimidating for any adult, very loud for an 8 month old that's already been screaming in her car seat all the way there. He said, "Let's yell ' call it' on the count of 3." Yeah - bad idea. Audrey let out a huge scream right as he yelled - I think it's one of the few times someone has been louder than
