Thanksgiving - Carter/Stribling Clan

Why does my mom have a string tied to her waist swinging a yo-yo at 2 Diet Coke cans? Well, that's what my family decided to do for Thanksgiving this year! We had a great time. For the past several years, we've been renting a house in NC for several days, but this year we decided to stay in the Upstate and gather every day for different events. My aunt and uncle volunteered their church which was perfect with a large kitchen and huge fellowship hall complete with a stage!
There were games galore, gift swaps, a talent show with skits and music, DVDs, and of course, delicious food! My Aunt Carole planned lots of fun games from Minute to Win It's website and my Aunt Sharon had great ideas for a gag gift swap and a cakewalk regular gift swap. We had a great time together, as always, and here are a few memories we captured.

a copy of the weekend's schedule - the teacher in me loved that.

And, I had to end with one more shot of my mom swinging her backside! :)
